Agora Works LLC is a Wyoming-incorporated private company. AgoraVisa is a service of Agora Works LLC, operating as a non-attorney immigration service provider and technology platform.

We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. We are not affiliated with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. Department of State, or any other government agency. Legal services available through our platform are provided by independent licensed attorneys who operate with full legal judgment and autonomy. We are not responsible for the legal advice or services rendered by these independent attorneys.

Google API Services compliance

Where our Services integrate with Google APIs, Agora’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We use Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing features of our Services
  • We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve our Services, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to users

5.1 With participants on the platform

When you engage services through our platform, we share relevant information with the appropriate participants supporting your matter. These participants are bound by their own professional obligations and contractual commitments regarding confidentiality.
